Aero Alliance is seeking a Global Process Engineer to drive capacity planning, CapEx strategy, and standardization across Aero Alliance shops, leveraging lean, SQDC, and 1P1P principles. The role involves cross-functional coaching, data analysis, and proactive process improvements.
They will lead Kaizen initiatives, support new technology introductions, and ensure adherence to standards while fostering a culture of inclusion and continuous improvement. Travel ~25% is expected.
