We have a great opportunity to join Emerson as our Senior Electrical Application Engineer in Gilau . We are looking for a skilled and motivated Senior Electrical Application Engineer to join our Application Engineering team, that customizes standard products to meet application requirements, develops technical documentation for manufacturing, and manages complex projects from concept through final delivery.

The Senior Electrical Application Engineer plays a key role in designing and delivering customer-specific ATEX-certified electrical distribution solutions such as electrical panels, switch racks, junction boxes, and control stations. This role is essential in transforming customer requirements into compliant, efficient, and cost-effective engineered solutions. Desired candidate: experienced in electrical design, familiar with ATEX/IECEx requirements, and capable of providing technical mentorship across multiple projects. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Review customer specifications and technical requirements to design suitable electrical assemblies;
- Build user documentation including wiring diagrams, enclosure layouts, bills of materials (BOMs), and ATEX compliance documentation;
- Select components and configure assemblies in line with ATEX/IECEx requirements and internal engineering standards;
- Collaborate with internal teams—Quotation, Customer Services, Sales, and Manufacturing to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of engineered solutions;
- Support pre-sales activities with technical recommendations and concept designs when required;
- Make sure all designs align with applicabl
