Aufinity Group is seeking a Customer Success Manager for Italy to drive strategic stakeholder engagements and oversee multi-project delivery. You will shepherd complex software implementations and ensure smooth adoption of our payment platform across major Italian car dealership groups.
You will align with C-level executives, lead cross-functional rollout efforts, and translate customer feedback into concrete product requirements, while also guiding on-site and remote education for client teams.
