The first step of insertion into MSX involves one of the following work areas:
- Support to the network of dealers and authorized workshops of the most important car and motorcycle manufacturers and trucks.
Your goal will be to solve complex diagnostic and technical problems according to the procedures of the car manufacturer, supporting the technical operators of the network in solving the most complex technical problems.
- Preparation and delivery of technical training content in order to increase knowledge of the product, general and specific equipment, repair and diagnosis procedures by the repairers' staff of the authorized networks of the most prestigious brands.
- Review and evaluation of all requests for repair of the vehicle under warranty based on the policies and technical procedures of the Manufacturer, together with the evaluation of warranty claims and verification of the correct management and tracking of individual interventions.
