Job Description
Enfinity Global is seeking a highly organized and proactive Asset Project Manager to join our Asset Management team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful transition of new projects from development through to operational handover.
The Asset Project Manager will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and governing integrated project schedules, ensuring alignment with key milestones and driving timely execution across all project phases.
Responsibilities:
- Closlely working with the Head of AM Europe, assist Asset Managers with execution planning and coordination.
- Analyze needed resources (in house / outsourced) to ensure timely project delivery.
- Assist / lead Request for Quotes process, offer award, contract negotiation ensuring compliance with quality, safety, budget control, and schedule requirements.
- Manage all administrative / payment matters related to Project Execution
- Support in the active management of Spare Parts, including feeding internal systems.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, risks, and progress, providing regular reporting.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Asset Management, O&M;, Finance, Legal, HSE, and external stak
