At Cubbit, we're building the infrastructure behind the future of cloud storage—and we're looking for a Go-to-Market Engineer to help build the infrastructure behind our revenue engine.

This role sits within the Revenue Operations team and combines process design, automation, AI, and data to make our commercial organization smarter and more scalable. You'll work at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product, designing workflows, integrating tools, and leveraging AI to eliminate manual work, build internal intelligence and unlock better decision-making.

What you’ll do
- Build and optimise the systems powering Cubbit's go-to-market engine.
- Design AI-powered workflows and automations that improve productivity across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships.




- Connect tools through APIs, integrations, and no-code/low-code platforms to create seamless business processes.
- Turn commercial data into actionable insights by building dashboards, reports, and performance metrics.
- Help maintain a clean, reliable, and scalable data architecture across our GTM stack.
- Experiment with AI, LLMs, and emerging technologies to automate repetitive tasks and improve decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks and engineer scalable operational solutions.
- Evaluate, implement, and continuously improve new GTM technologies.

What you’ll need
- A degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Strong analytical thinking and a passion for solving complex problems.
- Familiarity with APIs and how modern SaaS platforms exchange data.
