As Sales Manager, you will play a key role in accelerating business growth across a diverse, high-potential region. You will be responsible for driving sales performance,
building strong regional partnerships, and expanding our presence across multiple countries.What You’ll Do* Define and execute the regional sales strategy in line with company objectives.* Develop, manage, and grow a strong network of key accounts, distributors, and partners.* Identify and convert new business opportunities in HoReCa and Institutional segments.* Lead complex B2B negotiations and successfully close strategic projects.* Monitor market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to drive informed decisions.What You Bring* Proven B2B sales experience in professional kitchen equipment, foodservice, or a related technical sector.* Strong knowledge of Eastern & Central European and CIS markets.* Solid experience working with distributors and cross-border partners.* Results-oriented, autonomous, and highly commercially focused.* Comfortable with frequent travel within the region.* English
