Your responsibilities:
- Prepare food according to the instructions of the chef de partie or executive chef
- Ensure professional mise en place independently.
- Responsible for optimal production processes.
- Comply with hygiene and safety standards.
- Responsible for the proper handling of food and work materials
Your profile:
- Relevant professional experience in the hotel and catering industry
- Completed vocational training as a chef is an advantage
- High service and quality orientation
- Excellent communication skills, confident and winning manner
- Can-do attitude and hands‑on mentality
- Team player
- Very good knowledge of German and Italian, English language skills are an advantage

Compensation is based on the collective agreement for the hotel and hospitality industry, with a clear willingness to overpay depending on qualifications and experience.
