Fortidia is seeking an L&D; Specialist in Milan to design, implement and measure learner-centered, performance-based solutions across our brands and geographies.
You will bridge strategic design, analytics, and execution, driving a modern AI-enabled learning experience aligned with global business goals. This role reports to the L&D; Director and requires Italian/English fluency and 3+ years of L&D; experience.
