To support the continued growth of its M&A; activities, we are looking for a Vice President – Technology M&A; who will play a pivotal role in originating, executing and managing complex cross-border transactions within the technology sector.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of end-to-end M&A; transactions across the European technology ecosystem.
- Coordinate financial, commercial, legal, tax and operational due diligence processes.
- Develop sophisticated financial models, valuation analyses (DCF, trading comparables,

precedent transactions and LBO analyses where appropriate) and investment materials.
- Prepare investment memoranda, board presentations and transaction documentation.
- Manage negotiations alongside senior stakeholders, external advisors and counterparties.
- Build and maintain relationships with founders, CEOs, investment bankers, private equity firms, venture capital funds and strategic corporates.
- Identify and evaluate acquisition opportunities aligned with the company's investment strategy.
- Monitor market trends across software, fintech, AI, cybersecurity, digital infrastructure, cloud, data, IT services and other technology verticals.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to the development of internal best practices.
- Support portfolio companies on strategic acquisitions and integration initiatives where required.
