What you'll be doing
As a Market Development Partner - Welfare (L.68/99) , you'll play a key role in driving the expansion of our Welfare products within the Large Enterprise segment (company up to 350 employees) . This role is part of our commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace. Here's what your day-to-day will look like:
Generate sales-qualified leads – By conducting high-energy outbound activities through cold calling, emails, and strategic online meetings with key customers.
Develop new business opportunities – By engaging with Large Enterprise Employers' main stakeholders to introduce Satispay as a leading welfare solution.
Fuel the sales pipeline – By building a robust pipeline of mid and large enterprise prospects to support the Business Development team.
Master sales tools – By effectively utilising CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot and outbound tools such as Sales Navigator/Lusha to track and manage activities.
Collaborate on growth strategies – By working closely with the team to exceed lead generation targets and scale the Large Enterprise business line.
