This Position Reports To
Customer Success Manager

In this role, you will drive the commercial success and adoption of ABB's welding software portfolio. You will combine business development, technical consulting, and customer success to acquire new customers, support software sales,



and ensure long-term customer value. Acting as the bridge between customer needs, sales, and product development, you will play a key role in growing ABB's welding software business globally.

The work model for the role is hybrid.

This is a global role; the preferred locations are: can be located anywhere in Europe, relocation not needed.

Your Responsibilities
- Drive software business development by identifying, qualifying, and progressing new opportunities within the welding market.
- Own and grow a healthy sales pipeline together with local sales teams and channel partners.
- Develop commercial account plans for strategic customers and support negotiations to successfully close software opportunities.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing customer accounts to maximize software adoption and recurring revenue.
- Represent ABB Robotics at industry events, customer
