Tavrion Dynamics is seeking customer-focused individuals to join our Social Media Customer Care team, starting in July or August. This 12-month, full-time role involves assisting customers via social media and digital channels to deliver outstanding support and a positive experience.
Ideal candidates are fluent in Italian, with intermediate English (B1/B2), a minimum typing speed of 20 wpm, excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and a strong customer-service orientation.
