Amazon is seeking an HR Partner on a 9-month fixed-term contract to support People eXperience and Technology (PXT) operations across sites. The role focuses on employee experience, engagement, leadership development, and HR operational excellence, working onsite to deliver standard work and data-driven insights.
You will coach frontline leaders, monitor engagement, handle inquiries, and contribute to investigations with discretion.
