Job Description Summary

As Asset Management Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the governance,



standardisation and optimisation of asset management processes across Nadara’s international portfolio. Working closely with country teams and central functions, you will contribute to maximising operational performance at portfolio level, ensuring consistency, compliance and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities
- Provide standards for the main administrative and operative processes related with SPVs governance and asset management ordinary activities (i.e. insurance claims, reporting, budgeting inputs); ensure the implementation of those processes and procedures and perform internal audits and manage external ones.
- Manage the O&M; strategy implementation at portfolio level defining and fine‑tuning scope, terms & conditions with the support of Procurement; evaluate the results in regards performance and OPEX savings.
- Manage global framework agreements (including LDs/Premio payments, energy off taking reports and related metrics).
