Antal International is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Analyst to join the HR team and report to the Global Head of C&B;, based in Europe. The role involves partnering across countries to harmonize salary structures and optimize incentive plans.
You will extract data from HRIS, perform deep analytics on large datasets, and deliver regular and ad hoc reports to senior leadership. Fluent English is required and a multinational background is preferred.
