helping partners accelerate their business across Networking, Cybersecurity, Collaboration, Cloud, and Infrastructure Solutions.Your RoleAs a Customer Success Specialist – Cisco, you will support the growth of our Cisco business by helping partners identify opportunities, maximize Cisco programs, and achieve long-term success.Key Responsibilities: * Identify, recruit, and engage new B2B partners within the Cisco ecosystem.* Generate new business opportunities through outbound activities, marketing campaigns, digital tools, and the Ingram Micro XvantageTM platform.* Manage the partner lifecycle, from prospecting and qualification to onboarding and ongoing engagement.* Build trusted relationships with partners, helping them maximize the value of Cisco solutions and programs.* Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Vendor Management, Presales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to execute joint growth strategies
