The successful candidate will play a central role in supporting, optimizing, and enhancing SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) and Materials Management (MM) processes within a fast-paced FMCG environment. This role requires deep functional expertise in SAP S/4 HANA, proven experience integrating SAP with satellite systems, and strong stakeholder engagement across multiple business functions. Key responsibilities* Provide senior-level support and consultancy for SAP SD and MM modules.* Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions.* Support and optimize end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Procure-to-Pay (P2 P) processes.* Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, Procurement, and IT to improve processes and outcomes.* Lead configuration, testing, deployment,
and post-go-live support activities in SAP S/4 HANA landscapes.* Manage and maintain integrations between SAP and third-party/satellite systems to ensure reliable data flow and process efficiency.* Drive incident resolution, conduct root cause analysis, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.* Support project delivery, system enhancements, upgrades, and transformation programs.* Produce and maintain functional documentation, process maps, and end-user training materials.* Serve as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, promoting SAP best practices.
