Role Overview

We are seeking a Customer Application / Solution Engineer to provide advanced technical and project expertise across the full project lifecycle, from pre-contract (ITO) through execution (OTR).

The role acts as a key interface between commercial, engineering, and project execution teams, ensuring that customer expectations are translated into optimized, executable, and globally consistent technical solutions.

A key aspect of the role is owning project control activities globally,



driving consistency in functional specifications and ensuring alignment across global project implementation processes.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-ITO / ITO Phase (Technical & Commercial Support)
- Provide technical expertise during bid and proposal phases in collaboration with commercial teams
- Analyze customer needs and define optimized technical solutions (scope, design, cost, schedule, industrial scheme)
- Perform performance estimation, system sizing, efficiency calculations, and economic analysis
- Support bid strategies by evaluating technical feasibility, risks, and customer value
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and contractual requirements
- Translate customer expectations into clear technical and functional specifications

OTR Phase (Execution & Customization)
- Support product customization and implementation for specific customer requirements
