Role Overview:
- Handle customer queries via phone, chat & email in Italian
- Provide accurate information and resolve issues with empathy
- Log cases in CRM systems, follow-up, and track outcomes
- Collaborate with team members to maintain service quality

Candidate Profile:
- Strong communication & problem-solving skills
- Willing to relocate to Greece
- Customer service or hospitality experience is a plus
- EU passport or Greek residency card (mush tave)
- Relocation package: flight, ~2 weeks hotel, airport transfer, housing support
- Full-time contract
- Base salary + performance premio
