Digital Store E‑commerce Junior Trader – QVC Italy

Supporting QVC Italy’s e‑Commerce strategy for assigned categories, delivering the sales plan across all digital platforms (Website & App). This role includes developing, executing, and analyzing the e‑Commerce strategy for brands to drive online business, meet sales and new customer goals, and ensure a cohesive strategy for products and categories by setting category priorities and initiatives.
Where You'll Work
This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at our offices in Brugherio (MB) several days per month. It is a tempo pieno role – maternity cover.
What You'll Do
- Accountable to achieve sales plans for assigned categories.
- Collaborate with the Merchandising team to build a calendar of promotions for brand and product visibility to support the assigned categories.
- Collaborate with the On‑Site Optimization / Personalization / Programming team to plan and develop new sales and promotional approaches for the e‑commerce channels.
- React to business opportunities and challenges in order to maximize sales monitoring KPIs (Web Sales, Sessions, CR, CTR, etc.).
- Experiment with different types of offers depending on the customer audience (existing and new customers), maintaining knowledge of competitors to drive innovation and best practices.
- Analyze and recap by presenting the category sales and content online strategy in all relevant business meetings.
- Manage content resources for video, photography, and online assets.
What You'll Bring
- Degree in Economics, Marketing or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of exposure to multichannel and e‑commerce businesses.
- Good knowledge of Adobe Analytics, Tableau Reader, Office Suite (good Excel knowledge).
- Good understanding of digital KPIs (Web Sales, Sessions, Visits, CR, CTR, bounce rate, etc.).
- Ability to manage and lead large‑scale projects across multiple lines of the busines
