Job Description Summary

The Global Process Engineer (GPE) will work closely with the Global Manufacturing Engineering Leader, primarily focusing on developing a strategy for capacity and CapEx aligned with long‑term customer demand and business objectives. They will analyze data and work cross‑functionally to implement proactive measures that improve processes. This person will also be responsible for cost reduction through standardization of equipment and processes, establishing standards, and ensuring adherence to these standards. They will be a focal point for new technology introductions, asset transfers, and new process introductions; inclusive of lead time, technology selection and recommendations for fixturing, tooling, process, control plans, and qualification of manufacturing assets. The GPE will coach and influence the dotted‑line organization comprised of factory manufacturing engineers across the Aero Alliance factories. Critical to the role is leveraging analytical skills, the lean methodology,



and the guiding principle of creating process standards for equipment (“One Product One Process”) to drive SQDC in line with business and functional objectives. The candidate chosen for this position will acquire strong technical knowledge and extensive exposure to manufacturing, engineering, quality, and safe process development. The selected candidate plays a key role in the Aero Alliance business and in building a culture of inclusion, respect for people, and continuous improvement.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop a strategy for capacity & CapEx aligned with long‑term customer demand and business objectives.
- Develop robust processes for CapEx prioritization aligned with SQDC & business objectives.
- Maintain global capacity models for the Aero Alliance shops utilizing Takt Cycle charts.
- Coach teams to improve output (Takt Attainment) utilizing lean tools and principles of waste elimination.
