ETAP is seeking a Technical Trainer & Software Support Specialist in Bergamo, Italy to deliver expert training on IGE‑XAO/ETAP CAD‑CAE software and provide comprehensive user support. The role emphasizes knowledge sharing, problem solving, and continuous improvement within a collaborative team.
You will create training materials, work with internal teams on complex issues, and assist in pre‑sales activities by demonstrating software capabilities. On-site full-time in Bergamo is required.
