The Gritti Palace, a Luxury Collection Hotel in Venice, invites an experienced Director Food & Beverage to join its executive team. This role leads all food & beverage operations including Restaurants/Bars, In Room Dining and Banquets/Events, aligning with brand strategies and driving revenue and guest satisfaction.
Ideal candidates possess 5* luxury hotel experience, strong financial acumen, and proven leadership, with fluency in Italian and English (French a plus).
