Within Amazon MGM Studios, the International Originals Strategy team is seeking a highly analytical and strategic thinker to join as a Studios Strategy Analyst in Japan. This role will focus on content strategy for Japan Original series and movies on Prime Video.

The analyst will work closely with senior leaders across creative development, production, business affairs, finance, programming, and marketing, and will have a high degree of visibility within the organization. We are seeking a candidate who has proven analytical skills and an ability to clearly communicate findings to senior management.

This role is based in Tokyo and works with both local and global teams. Business-level Japanese and English are used day to day.

Key job responsibilities
- Own and manage content tracking databases (e.g., Airtable or equivalent), designing views, automations and workflows that keep cross-functional teams aligned on slate status, deal pipelines and project milestones.
