Your role
As a Sales Manager Infrastructure Lombardy, you will be part of the Electrical Product Team. You will act as a key driver of business growth, managing and developing the EP portfolio within the Infrastructure market, combining sales execution, market insight, and strategic thinking to achieve ambitious targets.
Your day-to-day activities include driving sales growth of Electrical Products within the Infrastructure market, developing partner networks, expanding low voltage portfolio penetration, and collaborating with Marketing, Business Development teams, partners, and key decision makers to support sustainable business growth and achieve sales targets.
You’ll make an impact by
- Driving sales growth of Electrical Products within the Infrastructure segment and expanding low voltage portfolio penetration.
- Supporting and enabling partners to deliver best-in-class sales and service to end customers.
- Collaborating closely with Marketing and Business Development teams to identify opportunities and shape go-to-market strategies.
- Monitoring performance through data, reports,
and dashboards to provide insights for forecasting and decision-making.
- Building strong relationships and influencing key stakeholders and decision makers.
- Bringing the voice of the customer into innovation and continuous improvement processes.
- Maintaining a deep understanding of market dynamics, competitors, and industry trends.
- Taking full ownership of the Infrastructure sales targets within the Business Unit Electrical Products.
What makes you a great match
Core Requirements
- Proven minimum 5 years’ experience in sales of low voltage components within the Infrastructure market.
- Knowledge of low voltage and medium voltage panels and electrical distribution.
Other Requirements
- Educational background in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, Mechatronics, Automation or Technical High School Diploma.
