Syngenta Biologicals is growing and seeks a C&B; and HR Operations Specialist to support Italy and other regions, driving compensation cycles, performance management and data analytics. You’ll participate in the LEM project to shape how people processes are built across our global Biologicals business.
Based in Atessa, Italy, you’ll harmonize processes, configure systems, and provide analytics with cross- geography collaboration.
