Job Description

Randstad Intempo SpA is recruiting for a client in the socio‑health sector. The position is for a RN (Registered Nurse) at a residential care facility in Cecina (LI).

Working hours: daytime and night shifts.

Location: Cecina (LI).

Contract type: part‑time, 36 hours per week, direct hire by the client with an indefinite‑term contract under the CCNL AIOP Residenze Sanitarie Assistenziali.

Responsibilities
- Work within a residential structure as part of a multidisciplinary, multidimensional patient care team.
- Perform therapeutic interventions such as injection therapy, analgesic therapy, and infusion therapy.
- Manage stoma care.
- Care for and prevent infections including bladder catheter maintenance and intravascular device care.
- Manage wound care.
- Perform simple diagnostic tests (e.g., ECG).
- Interface with residents,



their families, and caregivers.
- Plan and manage nursing care by identifying needs, planning, implementing, and managing interventions.

Qualifications
- Degree in Nursing.
- Registered with OPI.
- Autonomy to travel independently to the workplace.
