Chef de Rang (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities:
- Responsible for looking after guests in the restaurant area
- Independently managing your own station
- Ensuring optimal service flow
- Responsible for instructing and supervising employees and trainees in the restaurant
- Selling drinks and wine and making wine recommendations
- Providing wine service
- Providing competent advice to guests on the range of drink
