As part of the Transfer Pricing team,



you will support the Group Transfer Pricing function in the implementation and monitoring of the Group’s transfer pricing policies. The role involves analyzing the financial performance of group companies, reviewing and assessing intercompany transactions, and supporting the definition of intercompany chargebacks, such as royalties and management fees. You will also contribute to transfer pricing compliance and tax-related projects, including Advance Pricing Agreements (APAs), tax agevolazioni analyses, and corporate reorganizations, while preparing and maintaining intercompany agreements and related documentation.
