YOUR MISSION
As a Client Advisor, you will play a key role in driving boutique sales performance by delivering memorable client experiences, building long‑term client relationships, and contributing actively to operational excellence while embodying TAG Heuer’s brand DNA at all times. Based in our Franchising Boutique in Taormina, managed by our Partner Rocca 1794 - Damiani, you will thrive in a stimulating environment where innovation and excellence go hand in hand with team spirit and creativity.

Job responsabilities
- Plays a central role on the sales floor,
increasing boutique sales and achieving the objectives, by working on his/her own KPIs, always delivering memorable experiences & services in store
- Supports colleagues & other team members in the boutique
- Always has omnichannel sales in mind to ensure the best client experience (taking into consideration all possible clients’ touchpoints)
- Proposes new ideas to develop sales (merchandising, events, product mix…)
…A CLIENT DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST WHO LEVERAGES ALL AVAILABLE RESOURCES TO BUILD LONG-LASTING PERSONAL CONNECTIONS WITH CLIENTS
- Embodies TAG Heuer’s brand DNA and acts as a passionate Brand Ambassador in and outside the boutique, especially at events
- Achieves individual clienteling objectives (new clients recruited, repeater rate, VIC share, net promoter score) leveraging all the tools provided
- Ensures qualitative client data collection and leverages the data to address clients
