Sephora in Italy is seeking an experienced Store Manager or senior supervisor to lead a dynamic team and drive exceptional customer experiences. You will monitor KPIs, manage budgets, and ensure the Sephora standards across makeup, skincare, and fragrance departments.
You will coach staff, coordinate with head office and store operations, and optimize in-store performance while maintaining a motivating, inclusive environment. Fluency in English is required and Italian market knowledge is a plus.
