Unison is seeking an experienced Assistant General Counsel – Telecoms and Renewables (EU), based in Italy, to lead end‑to‑end telecom and renewable energy transactions across EU markets. You will collaborate with senior management, oversee in‑house and external counsel, and progressively specialize in renewables while facilitating expansion and risk management.
The role requires extensive negotiation, due diligence, and cross‑border coordination with brokers, landowners, and developers.
