Senior Consultant I Italy Onshore Renewables

Taylor Hopkinson is recruiting a Head of Development to oversee and expand its project pipeline in Italy.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end‑to‑end development of renewable energy projects across Italy (permitting, financing, construction).
- Shape and implement the strategic roadmap for the Italian market in alignment with global business priorities.
- Lead, support, and scale the Italian development team, fostering a high‑performance culture and ensuring consistent project delivery standards.
- Act as the company's senior representative in Italy, engaging with institutions, industry associations, events, conferences, and other external stakeholders.

Qualifications




- Minimum of 7 years of hands‑on experience in renewable energy project development, with significant exposure to the Italian market.
- Robust understanding of national permitting procedures, regulatory requirements, and the broader legislative environment influencing renewable projects.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and negotiate effectively with authorities, landowners, and partners.
- Full professional proficiency in both Italian and English, written and spoken.
