- Strong experience in mechanical building services design—ideally within mission‑critical environments such as data centres, healthcare, or high‑tech manufacturing.
- Deep understanding of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics and energy modelling principles.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, IES VE, and CFD simulation software.
- Proven leadership across complex technical projects and multidisciplinary teams.
- Chartered Engineer status (or actively working towards it) with a recognised institution (e.g., CIBS
