Job Summary:
We are looking to expand our current team in the service department for our branch in the Netherlands (s-'Hertogenbosch). Supermicro has been a household name in the field of Motherboards, Servers and total solutions for more than 30 years, where we provide service to major customers in various industries on the basis of service contracts.
About the position:As a Datacenter Solution Engineer you will be part of the Supermicro Global Service Installation Team and help build a world-class service organization. Carrying out racking and installation of server hardware, network equipment and cable routing of copper/fiber optic cables. You provide technical support for installed equipment with regard to hardware and software functionalities. You report to and assist the Solutions manager in the daily business and are also part of the service desk team that works on service tickets. You also assist with customer contact and carrying out hardware break fixes on location at customers.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
