Within the Customer Support Services & Training area, we are looking for a Material Management Specialist for our office in Vergiate (VA).

The mission is to execute end-to-end material management activities, from requirements planning to supply execution, ensuring alignment between demand,



procurement and supply performance through coordination of internal and external stakeholders.

Key activities are:
Manage material requirements based on demand inputs, ensuring proper definition of quantities, timing and sourcing strategy;
Execute or support Material Requirements Planning (MRP) activities, ensuring consistency and accuracy of planning data;
Generate and manage purchase requisitions and ensure timely conversion into Purchase Orders / Transfer Orders;
Ensure proper alignment between demand, planning and procurement functions;
Manage assigned material supply sources (Supply Chain, Industrial Operations, Local Suppliers);
Collect, consolidate and monitor supply plans ensuring their consistency with demand priorities;
Monitor execution of supply plans, identifying delays, shortages and misalignments;
Perform expediting actions on supply flows and deliveries, coordinating with responsible stakeholders;
Act as focal point for material issues and receiving ano
