The production site is a full expression of the industrial, social and environmental values of the Group: quality, the result of innovation and control in production, safety of the working environments, and minimal impact on the environment. We Are Looking For
We are looking for a pragmatic and proactive Performance Improvement Intern to join our team in Settimo Torinese. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting continuous improvement projects on the plant floor,

turning your engineering knowledge into real‑world impact.
Mission & Main Responsibilities
- Driving Continuous Improvement: Revisionate the departmental visual management boards according to new EOS1 standards and coordinate 5S workshops to enhance workplace organization.
- Implementing New Standards: Collaborate directly with Production Units (UPs) to create and implement new 5S layouts, ensuring they are practical and effective.
- Supporting Production Teams: Provide crucial support to production teams by helping them update operational standards and nominal settings (VNR), ensuring processes are optimized for efficiency and quality.
- Analysis & Reporting: Conduct detailed data analysis and reporting to monitor performance and efficiency.

Requirements
- Bachelor's or master'smaster's degree in management engineering , Industrial Production Engineering, or Business Administration.
- Proficiency in MS Offi
