Role
As Business Travel Specialist, you will be part of our Event Excellence team, responsible for driving growth in the company by organising and managing events. You will also work closely with our Sales & Engineering team.
Location
This is a hybrid role. The reference office is in Milan and we would love to see you around our office when possible.
What You’ll Do
- Planning, coordination,
and management of requests related to bookings, including flights, trains, hotels, and transfers
- Liaising with the company’s suppliers for booking management activities
- Supporting the Event Excellence team in event organisation activities
What We’re Looking For
- At least 1/3 years of experience in event management
- Already working as a freelance
- Part‑time availability
- Previous experience handling organisational secretarial tasks is preferable
- Team player & problem solver
- Good communication and negotiation skills and good project management skills
- Fluent both in English and Italian (at least B2)
- Good knowledge of Excel & Power Point
