What You'll Do Support Italian‐speaking customers via phone, email & chat.
Assist with product use, troubleshooting & warranty queries.
Collaborate with internal teams for complex cases.
Stay up to date with new products & company updates.
Fluent in Italian (C1/C2)



and good English (B2+).
Customer service experience is a plus.
Ready for an on‐site role in beautiful Lisbon.
1,000/month base salary (×14 months) + €100 performance bonus (×12 months).
€2,000 welcome premio.
Relocation package: flight reimbursement + accommodation (€280/month, all included).
