Role Overview: As a Content Reviewer , you will review and evaluate user-generated content to ensure compliance with platform policies and community guidelines. With strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and good judgment, you will play a key role in protecting users, maintaining platform integrity, and fostering a safe and inclusive digital environment. Key Responsibilities: Review and evaluate user-generated content, including text, images, videos, and links, according to established policies and guidelines. Apply moderation standards consistently and objectively to make accurate, well-informed decisions. Manage user appeals and content-related requests professionally, fairly,
and efficiently. Collaborate with internal teams to maintain high content quality and ensure platform standards are upheld. Identify emerging trends and flag potentially harmful, inappropriate, or suspicious activity requiring further investigation. Escalate complex or sensitive cases in line with internal procedures and compliance requirements. Share feedback and recommendations to enhance moderation processes, tools, and overall operational efficiency. Maintain strict confidentiality and follow all platform policies when handling sensitive or potentially disturbing content. Keep up to date with policy changes, moderation best practices, and emerging online safety challenges through continuous training and development. Requirements: Language Skills: Fluent in Italian (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level) Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card Skills: Strong analytical, cre
