What you’ll achieve
As the AI Lead Product Manager you will own and drive the strategy and execution of our AI-powered Health Data Products portfolio. This is a senior leadership role spanning the full breadth of data focused products, from clinical and genomic data to operational and administrative data. It requires an individual who combines deep product expertise with the ability to build and inspire high-performing teams.
The successful candidate will work with a team of Product Managers to set the product vision for each product, and provide senior-level leadership and mentorship to a team of product managers.
This role demands both strategic thinking and hands-on product rigour, with a clear focus on delivering measurable value through AI-enabled data solutions for healthcare organisations globally.
You will:
- Define and own the global product strategy and roadmap for AI-powered Health Data Products, spanning clinical, genomic, and operational data domains.
- Lead, develop, and grow a team of product managers, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Engage with executive stakeholders across clinical, commercial, and technical functions to align on priorities and ensure product-market fit.
- Champion a data-driven approach to product decision-making, OKRs, and KPIs representing tangible impact measurement and value for our customers across the AI Data portfolio.
