He/she will be responsible for being a Brand Ambassador, Promoting the corporate culture and image and accompanying and building customer loyalty throughout the sales process, as well as building a pleasant and healthywork environment.
Promote the corporate culture and image by becoming a Brand Ambassador, ensuring clients are warmly welcomed and well assisted and have a memorable experience aligned with the brand.
Demonstrate brand awareness, clientelingskills and product knowledge when communicating with customers. Use conversation to discover client needs, partnering them with the appropriate sales professional attitude to achieve sales goals and create brand loyalty.
Promote team collaboration to build a pleasant and healthy environment where to work and to shop.
Perform duties as reports, visual maintenance, etc.
Use effective sales techniques to achieve goals.
Availability to work on different shift patterns, such as: 18:00–22:00 or 14:00–23:00
Fluent English mandatory (additional language skills a plus)
Willingness to work shifts
Previous experience in the role in retail settings
Computer skills
