Operations Specialist for Premium Italy department

Contract type: Tempo pieno
Operations Coordinator will be responsible for handling reservations and supporting the Travel Designers of the Premium Italy team in delivering seamless experiences.
Manage service requests and bookings for premium clients (transfers, tours, guides, tickets, and other services).
Monitor service execution to ensure flawless customer experience.
Keep booking information updated in company systems.
Languages: Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken) and Spanish. Portuguese is considered a strong plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with booking systems.
