Your Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Metal Fabrication Technologist Engineer with expertise in carpentry, welding, and machining processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining technical standards, optimizing production methods, and ensuring high-quality, cost-effective, and sustainable manufacturing solutions.
Your Impact
- Define and maintain technical standards for carpentry, welding, and machining processes.
- Manage technical documentation and deliver internal training programs.
- Evaluate new technologies and propose updates to existing standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D;, Quality, Production) to ensure product feasibility and compliance.
- Conduct testing and validation of components to meet performance and safety requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for processes and materials.

What you should bring:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in carpentry, welding, and CNC machining technologies.
- Strong knowledge of materials, tooling, and manufacturing processes.
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM software and process simulation tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and project management skills. Project management capabilities.
