Spotify in Milan is seeking a proactive Customer Success professional to support the sales cycle from RFP submission through campaign optimization and upsell. You will manage client relationships, coordinate with internal teams, and drive revenue with data-driven insights.
You will lead campaign setup, monitor performance, and provide strategic recommendations while maintaining excellent communication with clients and agencies. Fluency in Italian and English is required.
