Docebo is seeking a Director, HRBP for Technology and Product to guide talent strategy for a fast-growing AI‑first SaaS business. You will advise the CTO and SVP of Product and lead the EMEA HRBP team to enable high performance and scalable growth.
In this role you will navigate European labour landscapes, shape organizational design, and use people analytics to drive business outcomes across Italy, France, and Germany.
