About the Role
Internship in Field Operations at CHEP in Milan, Italy. 6‑month term with possible extension. Monthly remuneration of €900 plus meal vouchers. Requires fluent English and Italian.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare operational reviews and business presentations for field teams.
- Support audit preparation and maintain documentation for site visits and compliance reviews.
- Conduct operational health checks and collection analysis on specific locations.
- Assist with follow‑up activities related to collections and field operations.
- Analyze inventory and loss‑related data, identify trends, and prepare reports and dashboards.
- Extract, consolidate, and validate operational data from multiple systems.
- Support data recovery and reporting activities.
- Collect information from field retailers and prepare structured transaction files for processing.
- Validate transaction data received from regional teams and ensure compliance with procedures.
- Monitor processing outcomes, investigate rejected or mismatched transactions, and open/manage related cases.




- Support suspect‑case investigations and account maintenance activities.
- Create and maintain operational records and databases to ensure data accuracy.
- Coordinate follow‑up actions and documentation for customer inquiries and operational requests.
- Assist purchase order preparation through data extraction and calculations.
- Liaise with internal support teams for timely issue resolution.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree student (M1/M2) in Business, Economics, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and identify trends.
- Interest in operations, supply chain, retail, or field execution environments.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially
