Front Office Officer (2026–27 Winter Season)
Sansui Niseko is a luxury hotel located in the beautiful ski resort area of Niseko, Hokkaido. We are currently looking for a Front Office Officer to join our team.
About the Role
The main responsibilities include supporting the overall guest stay through check‑in and check‑out procedures, providing information about the hotel facilities, responding to various guest requests, and offering concierge services. Candidates with experience in front office operations, concierge services, or bell attendant duties are especially welcome. Main Tasks
- Handling general front office duties
- Handling front desk, concierge, and bell service duties
- Managing check‑in and check‑out procedures, as well as cashier duties
- Providing high‑quality service through kind and professional guest interactions, including responding to guest inquiries and providing various forms of support
- Providing guest transportation services within the Niseko Hirafu area
- Ensuring workplace safety and maintaining a comfortable working environment
- Carrying out duties through smooth communication with other departments
- Other duties as instructed by the manager
About You
- Experience in Rooms Division roles within the hotel industry, such as Front Desk, Concierge, or Bell Services, is preferred
- Able to value attention to detail when serving guests and carry out duties with sincerity and a strong sense of responsibility
- Values teamwork and is able to work flexibly while cooperating with others
- Possesses basic business manners and a strong sense of hospitality
- Respects Japanese hospitality culture and values, and is able to provide flexible, high‑quality service according to the situation
- Business‑level English, with strong communication skills in Japanese or Chinese
- Valid driver’s license and the ability to provide
