What Will You Do?
Verify attendance and timekeeping data,
ensuring accuracy and transparency
Manage relationships with the external Payroll Partner responsible for monthly payroll processing
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Collect and analyze data across the entire HR function
Monitor key HR metrics (e.g., Turnover, Absenteeism, etc.)
Transform data into clear and actionable business insights
Ensure the accuracy and reliability of HR information
Serve as a point of reference for colleagues on compensation and payroll-related matters
Support the administration of welfare and benefits programs, contributing to employee well‐being
Ensure the protection of personal data in compliance with GDPR requirements
Manage and continuously improve HR systems (e.g., Zucchetti, SAP SuccessFactors)
Your Experience Should Be...
Bachelor's degree (preferably in Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related analytical field)
